At Lumber Liquidators, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened, resaleable items within 90 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase.

  Gather your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate a smooth return process and ensure proper credit.

  Bring your items to any local Lumber Liquidators store for an immediate refund, or contact our customer care team to arrange a freight pickup for a fee.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the product is inspected and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
