Yes, we partner with independent professional installers who are licensed and insured to ensure your new floors are installed to industry standards.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
Unopened boxes in original condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom orders are non-refundable.
How long does the flooring need to acclimate to my home?
Most wood flooring requires 48 to 72 hours of acclimation in the room where it will be installed to adjust to the temperature and humidity levels of your home.
What are the shipping costs for large flooring orders?
Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. We offer flat-rate residential delivery, or you can choose 'Pick Up in Store' at any of our locations for free.
Do you provide samples before I make a full purchase?
Absolutely. You can order individual samples of any flooring style online or visit a local showroom to take home samples for free to see how they look in your lighting.
